The projects where refinanced by hud through mrn notes which were assigned by hud to the non-profit parent company of the previous owner, american housing foundation. In connection with chisom housing group's purchase of the projects, the mrns were assigned to chisom in 2012. The mrn notes were not previously reported as income on the 2012 or 2013 returns.
