“The executive committee of the board of directors delegates the responsibility for review of the form 990 to select financial officers of the organization with the expectation that those officers will review and approve the contents of the form; and any issues or problems noted, will be brought to the attention of the committee to be resolved, and if necessary, to the full board for action or clarification.”

“Employment contract in effect until february 19, 2017 unless terminated by the board or employee. Board determines an increase in compensation as may be determined in its sole and absolute discretion. Performance evaluation shall take place after 6 months and each twelve months thereafter. Each year the review process is presented to the board by the executive committee which considers compensation. The board participates in a formal performance review and evaluation process. In addition the employee shall prepare a written self appraisal and set personal performance objectives.”
