“DUE TO CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT -RETURN TO SELF MANAGED ASSOCIATION - THE IDENTIFICATION OF 990 FILING RESPONSIBIITY CONFLICTED; IN ADDITION TO THE COVID-19 RELATED CHALLANGES.Taxpayer did attempt to file the 990, which was rejected when filed electroncially, due to the year end date on the IRS records having been changed and did not align witht he organizations year end. After many contacts witht he IRS office, the year end date was corrected onthe IRS side and the returns are now able to tbe accepted electroncially.TAXPAYER IS REQUESTING ALL PENALTIES RELATED THE FILING DATE BE WAIVED.”
