The coo will confer with your supervisor to access the level of potential conflict. The coo will determine whether the outside position creates a conflict of interest and then communicate the appropriate response, which may include requiring you to resign from the outside position.”

A detailed compensation study was conducted and has been updated annually using several sources. This data and success in achieving annual performance goals are used to set compensation rates.”
