The cfo will confer with your supervisor to access the level of potential conflict. The ceo will determine whether the outside position creates a conflict of interest and then communicate the appropriate response, which may include requiring you to resign from the outside position.”

“The board has a compensation committee with authority to set the ceo's compensation. The president/ceo sets compensation for other officers. A detailed compensation study was conducted and has been updated annually using several sources. This data and success in achieving annual performance goals are used to set compensation rates.”
