Our mission is to preserve existing and develop new innovative housing options for families and individuals, primarily those with limited incomes and disabilities, and to help residents access supportive services to achieve self-sufficiency.

Financial Statement Notes

Schedule D, Page 3, Part X

Income taxes - the organization is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code as a non-profit organization. Therefore, no provision has been made in the consolidated financial statements for income taxes, or related income tax assets and liabilities. Fasb has provided guidance for how uncertain tax positions should be recognized, measured, disclosed and presented in the financial statements. For 2016 and 2015, management has determined that there are no material uncertain tax positions. Tax years that remain subject to examination are years 2013 and forward.
