IRS990/Desc0Boulder Housing Coalition owns & manages 2 permanently affordable rental cooperatives in Boulder, Colorado. The majority of the 26 low income residents living in these propertires earn below 30% of the area's median income. The houses were purchased with the help of affordable housing grants from the City of Boulder and the County of Boulder. All of the buildings are owned in partnership with Boulder Housing Partners. By state statue, this provides a property tax exemption. In addition, Boulder Housing Coalition has an education program that offers cooperative living skills, mediation skills, and social justice education. These programs reached 154 people in 2019.

The PUDL project accelerates the transition away from fossil-fueled electricity systems by publicly providing high quality, actionable data. Since its 2019 release, the PUDL Python package has been downloaded nearly 3,000 times. In 2019, its cleaned, integrated data has been used in 15 states to help legislatures make decisions about how to finance the early retirement of uneconomic coal plants.
