THE HOUSES WERE PURCHASED WITH THE HELP OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING GRANTS FROM THE CITY OF BOULDER AND BOULDER COUNTY. ALL OF THE BUILDINGS ARE OWNED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH BOULDER HOUSING PARTNERS. THIS PROVIDES A PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION ON ALL OF THE PROPERTIES BY STATE STATUTE.
