THE REVENUE GENERATED BY THE HOUSES, IN COMBINATION WITH OPERATING GRANTS PROVIDES THE REVENUE SOURCE FOR THE NON-PROFIT. IN ADDITION, IN 2014 BOULDER HOUSING COALITION PURCHASED A 99.99% OWNERSHIP IN NORTH HAVEN LLC WHICH PROVIDES ANOTHER PERMANENTLY AFFORDABLE RENTAL COOPERATIVE IN THE CITY OF BOULDER, COLORADO.
