Mission

Dairy max, inc. Is a not-for-profit corporation that was organized in 1995 and commenced operations on january 1, 1996. Dairy max is a qualified state and regional dairy promotion program "qp" certified, by the united states department of agriculture (usda) to conduct generic dairy products promotion, research, and nutrition education. Dairy max's mission is to expand markets for domestically produced dairy products in the southwest markets of the united states through its participation in the nationwide unified generic dairy marketing plan. Dairy max is a member of the united dairy industry association, (udia) which serves as a conduit for qp's to participate in the planning, funding, implementation, and evaluation of the nationwide unified generic dairy marketing plan. Dairy max is governed by a board of directors that consists of dairy farmers who support dairy max. Dairy max outsources its management, program administration, finance, and computer services to dairy management, inc.

Expand markets for domestically produced dairy products in the southwest markets of the United States through its participation in the nationwide unified generic marketing plan.

This subtopic prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return.
