PART II, LINE 9:

Conservation easements are accompanied by a contribution to a fund designated to easement monitoring and enforcment activities. Those contributions are reported as contribution revenue in the financial statements, the costs associated with easement monitoring and enforcement activities include staff time and travel and legal fees, if applicable, are expensed to the easement monitoring fund.
