In 2012, redline launched artcorps, which in collaboration with the corporation for national & community service, places 2-3 vista volunteers in neighborhood schools to build development capacity for arts programming in title 1 schools. This program is responsible recently for building funding to re-introduce a choir program in whittier ece-8 school. Finally, redline serve 3-5 year olds through our redline young artist program, which in collaboration with rocky mountain parents as teachers offers children 2-5 and a caregiver the opportunity to explore contemporary art making together. Projects integrate early childhood social and emotional development activities, literacy, and age appropriate art explorations. In addition, redline frequently holds community workshops (art-ins) in collaboration with schools and libraries to provide opportunities for family to come together with their children to create art together in a community setting.”

Management has determined that redline does not have any uncertain tax positions and associated unrecognized benefits that materially impact the financial statements or related disclosures. Since tax matters are subject to some degree of uncertainty, there can be no assurance that redline's tax returns will not be challenged by the taxing authorities and that redline will not be subject to additional tax, penalties, and interest as a result of such challenge. Generally, redline's tax returns remain open for examination for three years from the date of filing.”

REDLINE SERVES AGES 2 - 95 THROUGH OUR PROGRAMS. TO DATE, WE HAVE SERVED OVER 4,500 K-12 STUDENTS THROUGH OUR E.P.I.C. ARTS PROGRAM, WHICH PAIRS A REDLINE RESIDENT ARTIST WITH A DPS ART TEACHER AND THEIR STUDENTS. REDLINE'S REACH STUDIO PROGRAM HAS NURTURED THE CREATIVE CONFIDENCE OF OVER 105 HOMELESS ARTISTS IN DENVER, THREE OF WHICH RECEIVED FULL-RIDE BFA SCHOLARSHIPS TO THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN COLLEGE OF ART AND DESIGN BECAUSE OF OUR PROGRAM. IN 2012, REDLINE LAUNCHED ARTCORPS, WHICH IN COLLABORATION WITH THE CORPORATION FOR NATIONAL & COMMUNITY SERVICE, PLACES 2-3 VISTA VOLUNTEERS IN NEIGHBORHOOD SCHOOLS TO BUILD DEVELOPMENT CAPACITY FOR ARTS PROGRAMMING IN TITLE 1 SCHOOLS. THIS PROGRAM IS RESPONSIBLE RECENTLY FOR BUILDING FUNDING TO RE-INTRODUCE A CHOIR PROGRAM IN WHITTIER ECE-8 SCHOOL. FINALLY, REDLINE SERVE 3-5 YEAR OLDS THROUGH OUR REDLINE YOUNG ARTIST PROGRAM, WHICH IN COLLABORATION WITH ROCKY MOUNTAIN PARENTS AS TEACHERS OFFERS CHILDREN 2-5 AND A CAREGIVER THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPLORE CONTEMPORARY ART MAKING TOGETHER.
