Contemporaneous substantiation of these deliberations and decisions are documented in the minutes of the committee's meeting. Form 990, part vi, section b, line 15b: for the other senior management team members, the ceo and hr conduct an annual review of the organization's compensation scales for all roles. As part of this process, the team collaborates to evaluate and update the scales to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs. An internal audit is then performed to confirm that all staff compensation falls within the approved scales. Year-over-year salary adjustments are based on the established compensation ranges and the organization's budgetary feasibility.
