ALSO IN 2015, MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN PROACTIVE BY IMPLEMENTING WELCOME CALLS AND ESTABLISHING A RELATIONSHIP EARLY ON. MEMBERSHIP'S RECRUITMENT INITIATIVE IS TARGETING STUDENTS AND "MILLENNIAL" STYLISTS, THE FUTURE OF OUR INDUSTRY.
