We are working with the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles to create a mixed-use, mixed-income affordable housing community. The plan is to provide up to 1,390 homes to current residents as well as ample public and recreational space.

The Long Beach Parks and Recreation Commission approved the DeForest Park Vision Plan in 2020 and funding has already been secured for its implementation.

The plan is to provide up to 1,390 homes to current residents as well as ample public and recreational space.
