WITH THE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OF THE GOVERNMENT OF NORWAY AND THE COORDINATION OF THE PALESTINIAN CENTER FOR POLICY SURVEY AND RESEARCH (PSR), TEN TEAMS OF EXPERTS PREPARED RECOMMENDATIONS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: ECONOMY AND FINANCE, INTERNAL SECURITY AND LAW ENFORCEMENT, EDUCATION, HEALTH, COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, BASIC NEEDS: WATER AND POWER, JUDICIARY, POLITICAL AND CIVIL MATTERS, LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND THE FUTURE OF THE TWO-STATE SOLUTION.THE FINAL REPORT "THE LIKELIHOOD, CONSEQUENCES AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS OF PA COLLAPSE OR DISSOLUTION" WAS PUBLISHED IN FEBRUARY, 2014.
