#35 Virtual Summer Camp Experience - Virtual camp between June 16-July 31, 2020. #36 Teacher Education for Distance Learning - Three (3) day training held end of August 2020 including follow-up with individual coaching sessions. Teachers and directors presented from Moed, Mensch Academy (Mishkah Chicago), and Makom Community. PART II, PAGE 4 OF 5 #37 Clergy Engagement: B'nai Mitzvah Family Education - Prepare and coach members of the clergy who work with b'nai mitzvah family education programs. #38 Virtual Vocational Training and Socializing for Special Needs Campers - Training between June 30 - August 11, 2020 (12 sessions) #39 Pirkei Avot: In The Image - Through Sefaria's interactive platform, a combination of ancient texts with modern media to help interested learners discover the wisdom of Pirkei Avot and its relevance in our own complicated times. #40 Tasref (Hebrew word for puzzle) - Ohel MoEd provides daily 9-5 learning: outdoor space, oversight, and guidance. The kids' schools provide the academic content. When classes are not in session, Ohel MoEd provides the setting of an immersive Hebrew environment that currently focuses on the Tishrei Holidays. The activities that fill break time Hebrew play and full days once a week, when the teachers have planning sessions. #41 The Hadar Tutoring Network - An initiative to connect families with tutors, skilled in teaching and content, and able to connect to the children. Hadar has a network of alumni who can act as models of meaningful religious life and who have the skills to tutor in basic areas of learning. #42 Sababa with Savta and Saba: Engaging Youth and Grandparents - A program to support grandparents to engage with their grandchildren right now in ways that support the development of resilience and connection during this difficult time. The program will live beyond the COVID-19 crisis and continue to offer ways of connecting grandparents and grandchildren from a distance and engaging them in ongoing exploration of both traditional and family stories. #43 JKG Jewish, Virtual School Support + Childcare - An immersive full day Jewish educational opportunity for students in grades K-5th whose schools are fully remote and families have a need for child care and school support during the day (three sites across Atlanta). As of mid-October fifty (50) students are enrolled. #44 Survivor Art Project Budget - This pilot project teaches about the Holocaust and the devastation it wrought by introducing virtual visitors and students to art created by Holocaust survivors. Through this exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to contemplate the dangers of hatred and consider the choices that we all must make when we are confronted with it in our communities. Students will create art of their own as they reflect on the lessons they've learned through study of the Holocaust. #45 "To Our Health and Wellness" Theme Song - Song produced for the values-based curriculum designed for learners in kindergarten through sixth grade during summer 2020. The song celebrates the students and their communities as well literacy and ownership of our text heritage. #46 Painting our World with Healing and Hope - This project focuses on bringing healing hope to people of all ages through creativity and play. This project provides guided experiences that allow people to access, revive and strengthen hope. The "Healing Hope Workshopthe "Hope -Associative Card Game" provide educators, clergy and lay leaders with tools they can use to facilitate intentional play to unlock healing and hope in their communities. #47 Global Monologues - teen theatre program conducted via Zoom for 8 Sundays (90 minutes sessions) / teens from around the world are invited to participate. The Foundation files tax return in the U.S. Federal jurisdiction, New York and Illinois. The Foundation has no income tax related penalties or interest for the periods.
