The officers of trp shall constitute an executive committee of the board of directors. Except to the extent otherwise provided in resolutions of the board of directors from time to time and by the general not for profit corporation act of illinois, the executive committee shall have and may exercise all of the powers and authority of the board of directors in the management of the affairs of the organization between board meetings. In addition, the executive committee shall be responsible for ongoing review and recommendations to enhance the quality and future viability of the board of directors. The committee's responsibilities include (1) regularly reviewing and updating the board roles and responsibilities and helping to shape the board's agenda based on the board adopted strategic plan (2) develop a profile of the board, lead in assessing current and anticipated needs related to board composition, identify and cultivate potential board members and nominate at-large members to be elected to the board (3) design and execute board orientation process and ongoing board education (4) regularly review the board's practices and assess board performance and recommend appropriate changes no less than once a year at the annual board meeting (5) nominate a slate of board officers in anticipation of bi-annual elections.

Schedule D, Part X, Line 2

The resurrection project is exempt from income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. The resurrection project remains liable for income taxes on unrelated business income. No provision or benefit for income taxes has been included in these consolidated financial statements for the partnerships and llcs since taxable income passes through to, and is reportable by, the partners and members individually. The apartment corporations have net operating loss carryforwards in the aggregate amount of $179,000 and $150,000 at december 31, 2021 and 2020, respectively. No income tax benefit has been recognized for the carryforwards because there is no assurance that future taxable income will be generated. The entities recognize the financial statement impact of a tax position when it is more likely than not that the position will be sustained upon examination.

TRP DEVELOPS IN INDIVIDUALS THE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND TOOLS TO BE CONFIDENT, ENGAGED RESIDENTS. IN 2021, TRP ENGAGED AND TRAINED 320 AREA RESIDENTS TO FURTHER DEVELOP LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND ADVOCATE FOR ISSUES THEY CARE ABOUT. THROUGH ADVOCACY EFFORTS IN 2021, TRP HELPED INCREASE ACCESS TO HEALTH CARE FOR IMMIGRANTS, AFFORDABLE HOUSING, AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR ILLINOIS RESIDENTS. TRP PROVIDES A RANGE OF COMMUNITY PROGRAMS THAT SUPPORT RESIDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES. THE ELLAS (EN LA LUCHA A SOBREVIVIR OR IN THE FIGHT TO SURVIVE) PROGRAM EDUCATED 800 WOMEN ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF PREVENTIVE HEALTH CARE AND PROVIDED 277 REFERRALS FOR MAMMOGRAM AND CERVICAL CANCER SCREENINGS. HOPE FAMILY SERVICES - TRP'S FAMILY STRENGTHENING AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PREVENTION PROGRAM - SERVED 611 ADULTS, YOUTH, AND CHILDREN AND PROVIDED 3,875 INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING SESSIONS AND SUPPORT GROUPS DURING THE YEAR. AS AN ADMINISTRATOR OF ILLINOIS' ACCESS TO JUSTICE (IL A2J) PROGRAM, TRP LED A NETWORK OF 223 COMMUNITY NAVIGATORS WHO GUIDED 15,765 IMMIGRANTS IN ACCESSING LEGAL AND OTHER SOCIAL SERVICES. THE IL A2J PROGRAM ALSO PROVIDED NO-COST IMMIGRANT LEGAL SERVICES, INCLUDING SCREENINGS, CONSULTATIONS, AND REPRESENTATION TO 8,000 ILLINOIS RESIDENTS IN 2021. TRP'S LEGAL CLINIC CONDUCTED 1,173 IMMIGRATION LEGAL SCREENINGS AND APPROVED 530 CASES FOR REPRESENTATION. AS THE COVID-19 CRISIS ENTERED ITS SECOND YEAR, TRP CONTINUED TO PROVIDE SERVICES AND ASSISTANCE TO COMMUNITIES HARDEST HIT BY THE PANDEMIC'S HEALTH AND ECONOMIC IMPACTS. THROUGH THE CITY OF CHICAGO'S EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, TRP AND PARTNERS ASSISTED 8,922 TENANTS AND LANDLORDS RECEIVE $68.2M IN RENTAL AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE IN 2021. TRP DISTRIBUTED $31,890 IN CASH ASSISTANCE THROUGH ITS CHICAGO RESILIENCY FUND, REACHING 3,189 HOUSEHOLDS AND 11,069 INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING PANDEMIC-RELATED FINANCIAL INSTABILITY. PROMOTORAS DE SALUD CONDUCTED 6,300 WELLNESS CHECKS TO TENANTS OF TRP'S AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING PROPERTIES, REGISTERED 2,093 INDIVIDUALS FOR VACCINATION APPOINTMENTS, AND DISTRIBUTED OVER 10,000 PIECES OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE).
