Part II, Line 5: Summarized Policy

The holder of the easement must monitor conservation easements at least annually. Annual visits are to regularly gather information about the conserved property. Visits shall be conducted either by individual site visits or by aerial flyover.

In instances whereby conservation easement are acquired by a specific grant or restricted donations, the costs incurred by the organization to acquire the conservation easement are expensed in the period incurred.

The primary purpose of the endowment funds are to provide a permanent means to support the organization's efforts to conserve, maintain,and monitor the various preserves and conservation easements.
