Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12C

The Board of Directors and staff monitor compliance of conflict of interest policy on a monthly basis. Enforcement of the policy occurs as non-compliance is discovered.

The Board of Directors complete an annual evaluation of the Executive Directors job performance. Comparability data is then reviewed by the Board to determine the amount of increase to the Executive Directors compensation.
