IMENTOR INTERACTIVE (IMI) PROGRESS: iMentor Interactive (iMi) is iMentors national partnership program. By the end of the 2012-13 program year, iMentor served 2,139 mentor-mentee pairs through iMi partnerships with 16 organizations and school partners in 13 different states. The iMi program provides nonprofit organizations and schools with all the tools they need to run effective mentoring programs using the iMentor model. This includes full access to our curricula and training materials, evaluation tools, technology platform, and intensive consulting support from our iMi Partnership Managers who work with each partner to effectively integrate our mentoring model with their programs. Partnership Managers also provide additional supports to partners during the orientation and on-boarding processes to ensure the successful launch of the mentoring program. This includes helping iMi partners customize the platform to fit their program models; building out mentor recruitment, screening, and training plans; matching mentors to mentees; and planning for site start-up. Throughout the year, Partnership Managers provide remote training sessions on pair support strategies, collecting and analyzing program data, and conducting mid- and end-of-year evaluations. Partnership Managers have weekly calls with iMi partners to provide guidance and assess their implementation of the iMentor model.
