Religous congregations or faith-based organizations in the weirton area who support the community bread basket mission and complete the necessary documents become members. Collectively these members are called the "covenant churches" and are permitted up to three(3) representatives. Persons possessing needed expertise can become members with a majority vote of the quorum of the board of directors. No fees are charged for membership.

BULK SUPPLIES ARE PURCHASED FROM THE MOUNTAINEER BANK. 2,347 FAMILIES WERE ASSISTED IN 2014.
