Mission and Program Overview

Mission

To provide low-cost housing in the rural community under the guidance of the USDA Rural Development Rural Housing Service to persons eligible based upon age and income requirements. Rental assistance in addition to tenants rents is received from Rural Housng Services and the Dept of Housing and Urban Development HUD.

Provide the elderly and low income persons residential rental housing using USDA RD and HUD assistance programs, when necessary.
