“The process for determining compensation includes a recommendation that is proposed by the president and the chief operating officer. Those recommendations are reviewed by the compensation committee of the board of directors and either approved or revised. The compensation committee reviews comparable data on other non- profit organizations in the tri-state area. This process was last undertaken in january 2016 and at that time, the compensation committee approved the recommended salary increases that the president proposed for key officers and employees”

“Audited financial statements are provided to the public as requested and are also available on kab's website as well as via specific non-profit databases. Governing documents and the conflict of interest policy would be available as requested.”
