The process for determining the compensation for managing directors includes deliberation within the organization's executive committee, which is composed of four board members. Salary surveys and other research data are used as part of the deliberation process. Cbi has determined that there are no uncertain tax positions which qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements at december 31, 2016. Cbi's information and tax returns are subject to examination by the federal and state jurisdictions.
