“In the year of 2020, world carp inc. Held 4 x major seasonal leadership training conferences, 13 x monthly team building alignment workshops, and 16 volunteer service programs were accomplished throughout the year. 2020 new year/winter leadership conference was held from december 26, 2019 to january 5, 2020 at kea ny family church, north haledon, nj, 45 volunteers and guests were invited to participate. The first session the 2020 new year conference international young tribe leadership workshop and education was held from december 26, to december 29, 2019 at best western conference hall, newark, nj. 45 iltp volunteers and guests participated in group discussion session and main event of "peace start with me speech" was held dec. 27, 2019 in the prudential center, newark, nj. During the 2nd session of the conference ms. Che consoro, the clifton family church nj blessed family director was invited as guest lecturer, she, presented "love smart" to encourage the youth to promote and maintain purity before the blessing and marriage and mr. Joeseph leaonard, yayam educator, was invited and he gave a presentation about "the youth is the hope" focused on understanding what a young people can do and how daily life training will affect them. And reflection and feedback session was held after the event of "international young tribe leadership workshop and education" in the beginning of january 2020 at best western conference hall, newark, nj. In end of the conference, we had cultural night show by 15 different nationalities, all participants shared each country's traditional culture show, all participants and guests enjoyed and experienced in learning cultural diversity, to conclude the conference the participants received some various awards with certificate for their performance during the training. January 18, 2020, martin luther king, jr. Volunteer service day, 3 volunteer service projects were held: food taxi was organized by atlanta community food bank in atlanta ga: mlk day of service and dialogue organized by annual greater philadelphia, betham israel church at philadelphia, pa.: habitat for humanity construction project in garner, nc.: peace starts with me survey, total 32 iltp volunteers served with the rest of the local community volunteers. Spring leadership conference was cancelled due to pandemic outburst, some of the volunteers went back to their country but some must stay in us due to country's airport lockdown. During quarantine participants continue to do their activities that group discussion, presentation practice, how to follow cdc guideline and keep social distance with safety. The participants stayed in a campground in chattanooga west koa holiday trenton ga. On april 17, 2020, one service project was held. 9 volunteers helped each other to pull up trees uprooted and blown down by tornado with the help of mr. John huffman the organizer of "your dade helper". On may 16, 2020, another follows up service project was held at bible camp in trenton ga, by cleaning the pool and painting the yard. Following the protocol and social distancing, summer workshop was held in colorado family church from june 19 to june 24. The lecture was given by iltp director, hyung k kim and rev. Mike hentrich. It was emphasized on the ways "how we can protect ourselves from the deadly covid virus?", "what we need to prepare for post pandemic?", and "how to keep healthy mind and body and family value during the pandemic". Fall workshop was held in finley, oh from october 31 to november 04, 2020. Total of 16 volunteers including iltp director, mr. Hyung ki kim conducted an indoor workshop. He gave a guidance to participants about the importance of life of faith during difficult times like pandemic, followed by the awarding ceremony for all the participants who completed the training program.
