“In the year 2024 world carp inc. Held 3 major seasonal leadership training conferences, 20 x weekly team building workshops, 4 x vision seminars and 24 x volunteer projects were accomplished throughout the year. Seasonal (quarterly) leadership workshops the winter leadership conference was held in ffwpu church atlanta, ga. The event initially started on december 30, 2023, and continueduntil january 4, 2024. After the new year's celebration, the following day the year 2024 started with an exciting korean classical yut game. A total of 25participants including staff who joined together. In the afternoon the participants did a fun winteractivity at margarita ville resort in buford, ga. Ysp asia president mr. Ronnie sodusta gave a zoom presentation entitled "youth, find your purpose". In the afternoon, the participants visited the king center, one of the museums dedicated to dr. Martin luther king. The next day, iltp volunteered on a service project coordinated byhands-on atlanta, packing food to be given away to families in need.during the workshop, each participant had a chance to give their testimony from past training experience. The spring leadership development conference was held in the nj north haledon family church from march 24to may 31, 2024. During the workshop about 20 participants hadhomestay experience at mrs. Sato's kea elder family, edgewater, nj for 2 weeks and pastor higuchi's family, leonia, nj for 1 week each. During the workshop the participants had attended diverse activities and programs. March 24, 2024: iltp participants had the pleasure of visiting the kea church, accompanied by our director mr. Kim. Meeting the korean brothers and sisters brought them immense joy. Following that, they had the opportunity to visit the historic tarrytown new york-belvedere family church, one of our oldest churches. Pastor justine kindly took the time to share some fascinating insights about the church's history.the participants were also delighted to capture the beauty of the place through stunning photographs. March 31, 2024: iltp had a wonderful easter celebration at the family church of connecticut and elizabeth family church of new jersey. It was first time for the volunteers visiting the church and the state too. They enjoyed doing fun activities like egg hunting, egg battles, and egg painting. And most importantly, it's good to remember the true meaning of easter - the rebirth brought to us by our lord jesus christ. April 5, 2024: incredible iltp teams visited american nation's symbol of liberty and freedom: the statue of liberty and heart of world's trades and dreams - new york's times square. For most of participants it was a first- time experience. Braving the wind of the upper bay on the miss new jersey ship, we traveled to the statue of liberty museum, learning the history of the famous monument and feeling the spirit of unity of america. April 12,2024: the participants are present at the blue dragon event in the kea family church. Before this happened, they've witnessed such a beautiful rainbow that simply symbolized hope. They're truly hopeful as they received beautiful inspiration from our true mother. Indeed, youthis the hope. Today is a good reminder to recognize who we really are without faltering. So happy to have discovered the true heart of our beloved true mother. April 25,2024: reflecting on the tour of the franklin roosevelt museum offers profound insight to the life and legacy of one of america's most influential presidents. Iltp participants amiable demeanor led them to engage with anyone they encountered including the security staff at the entrance, who were interested in the program and even attempted to learn their different languages. This resulted in a pleasant conversation. Inside the museum, they explored each station equipped with a theater offering glimpses into the history surrounding the president. SEASONAL (QUARTERLY) LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS THE WINTER LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE WAS HELD IN FFWPU CHURCH ATLANTA, GA. THE EVENT INITIALLY STARTED ON DECEMBER 30, 2023, AND CONTINUEDUNTIL JANUARY 4, 2024. AFTER THE NEW YEAR'S CELEBRATION, THE FOLLOWING DAY THE YEAR 2024 STARTED WITH AN EXCITING KOREAN CLASSICAL YUT GAME. A TOTAL OF 25PARTICIPANTS INCLUDING STAFF WHO JOINED TOGETHER. IN THE AFTERNOON THE PARTICIPANTS DID A FUN WINTERACTIVITY AT MARGARITA VILLE RESORT IN BUFORD, GA. YSP ASIA PRESIDENT MR. RONNIE SODUSTA GAVE A ZOOM PRESENTATION ENTITLED "YOUTH, FIND YOUR PURPOSE". IN THE AFTERNOON, THE PARTICIPANTS VISITED THE KING CENTER, ONE OF THE MUSEUMS DEDICATED TO DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING. THE NEXT DAY, ILTP VOLUNTEERED ON A SERVICE PROJECT COORDINATED BYHANDS-ON ATLANTA, PACKING FOOD TO BE GIVEN AWAY TO FAMILIES IN NEED.DURING THE WORKSHOP, EACH PARTICIPANT HAD A CHANCE TO GIVE THEIR TESTIMONY FROM PAST TRAINING EXPERIENCE. THE SPRING LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE WAS HELD IN THE NJ NORTH HALEDON FAMILY CHURCH FROM MARCH 24TO MAY 31, 2024. DURING THE WORKSHOP ABOUT 20 PARTICIPANTS HADHOMESTAY EXPERIENCE AT MRS. SATO'S KEA ELDER FAMILY, EDGEWATER, NJ FOR 2 WEEKS AND PASTOR HIGUCHI'S FAMILY, LEONIA, NJ FOR 1 WEEK EACH. DURING THE WORKSHOP THE PARTICIPANTS HAD ATTENDED DIVERSE ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS. MARCH 24, 2024: ILTP PARTICIPANTS HAD THE PLEASURE OF VISITING THE KEA CHURCH, ACCOMPANIED BY OUR DIRECTOR MR. KIM. MEETING THE KOREAN BROTHERS AND SISTERS BROUGHT THEM IMMENSE JOY. FOLLOWING THAT, THEY HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT THE HISTORIC TARRYTOWN NEW YORK-BELVEDERE FAMILY CHURCH, ONE OF OUR OLDEST CHURCHES. PASTOR JUSTINE KINDLY TOOK THE TIME TO SHARE SOME FASCINATING INSIGHTS ABOUT THE CHURCH'S HISTORY.THE PARTICIPANTS WERE ALSO DELIGHTED TO CAPTURE THE BEAUTY OF THE PLACE THROUGH STUNNING PHOTOGRAPHS. MARCH 31, 2024: ILTP HAD A WONDERFUL EASTER CELEBRATION AT THE FAMILY CHURCH OF CONNECTICUT AND ELIZABETH FAMILY CHURCH OF NEW JERSEY. IT WAS FIRST TIME FOR THE VOLUNTEERS VISITING THE CHURCH AND THE STATE TOO. THEY ENJOYED DOING FUN ACTIVITIES LIKE EGG HUNTING, EGG BATTLES, AND EGG PAINTING. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, IT'S GOOD TO REMEMBER THE TRUE MEANING OF EASTER - THE REBIRTH BROUGHT TO US BY OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. APRIL 5, 2024: INCREDIBLE ILTP TEAMS VISITED AMERICAN NATION'S SYMBOL OF LIBERTY AND FREEDOM: THE STATUE OF LIBERTY AND HEART OF WORLD'S TRADES AND DREAMS - NEW YORK'S TIMES SQUARE. FOR MOST OF PARTICIPANTS IT WAS A FIRST- TIME EXPERIENCE. BRAVING THE WIND OF THE UPPER BAY ON THE MISS NEW JERSEY SHIP, WE TRAVELED TO THE STATUE OF LIBERTY MUSEUM, LEARNING THE HISTORY OF THE FAMOUS MONUMENT AND FEELING THE SPIRIT OF UNITY OF AMERICA. APRIL 12,2024: THE PARTICIPANTS ARE PRESENT AT THE BLUE DRAGON EVENT IN THE KEA FAMILY CHURCH. BEFORE THIS HAPPENED, THEY'VE WITNESSED SUCH A BEAUTIFUL RAINBOW THAT SIMPLY SYMBOLIZED HOPE.
