Additional Explanations

Form 990

The organization was the general partner and 0.01% owner of eastern hotel, lp, established to provide low-income housing. As of june 1, 2013, the eastern hotel, l,p, was dissolved, and the eastern hotel property was sold to interim eastern, llc, of which the organization is the sole memeber, for a purchase price equal to the partnership's remaining outstanding debt as of date of the sale. Additionally, the inlcusion of interim eastern, llc, resulted in an addition to the second program service that accomplishes the organization's exempt purpose of providing low-income housing to the public.
