Colorado community land trust

Form 990, Page 2, Part III, Line 4A

Cclt added eleven new construction townhomes, and homeowners, into the program, solis townhomes, this brings the program portfolio to a total of 200 homes. In addition to these eleven new units cclt assisted sixteen homeowners with resales of their homes, two of these were homeowners that were experiencing financial hardship and cclt stepped in to steward these homeowners to get financial counseling in order for them to sell their homes and not incur foreclosure. Two were homes that the homeowner passed away, cclt assisted the family in the process to sell the home, and one other homeowner had to move into assisted living, again cclt assisted the family member in the process to sell the home. This all resulted in homeowners being made financially whole, and no homes were lost from the program.

In 2018, the organization received a grant from the state of colorado, in which the intent of the funds was to assist the developer of the solis townhomes project. The amount of the disbursement was 11,000. This grant was not included in the financial statements of the organization as revenue or expense.
