Business retention/expansion bonner county - establishment of property tax exemptions -established with bonner county a revised 63-602nn lowering the capital limit to 500,000 and removing the manufacturing requirement. Percussionaire has added 20 new jobs since the relocation. New business opportunities provided information for 4 idaho state department of commerce rfi's that have the potential of bringing in over 300 jobs into bonner county. Supporting the location of cryptorock to the priest river industrial park including a lease/buy offer and electrical assessment. This is 10 new high-tech jobs for priest river.
