Mission

Servant group international (sgi) is a non-profit christian agency working to serve among muslim peoples through both word and deed unto the end of cultural and generational transformation. Sgi accomplishes their organizational purpose through outreach, education, and discipleship both locally and abroad. They serve in tennessee among the population of refugees and immigrants from the middle east and africa by helping to locate housing, schools, health care, jobs and provide english language training. Sgi maintains and supports ministry among the kurds in northern iraq through christian schools and development of curriculum for the school of the medes. In response to the isis conflict in n.iraq, sgi has worked to establish and help support a number of relief programs throughout n.iraq.

School in camp xanke, and a second school for refugee families returning to sinjar area, along with medical, food, shelter, and clothing assistance for displaced families in desperate need from largest kurdish cities. Isaiah 58 christmas box project for the yazidi refugee kids continued. Over 100 volunteers helped collect and pack supplies to fill 2100 boxes.

IRAQ, SGI HAS WORKED TO ESTABLISH AND HELP SUPPORT A NUMBER OF RELIEF PROGRAMS INCLUDING A (SEE SCHEDULE O) SCHOOL IN CAMP XANKE, AND A SECOND SCHOOL FOR REFUGEE FAMILIES RETURNING TO SINJAR AREA, ALONG WITH MEDICAL, FOOD, SHELTER, AND CLOTHING ASSISTANCE FOR DISPLACED FAMILIES IN DESPERATE NEED FROM LARGEST KURDISH CITIES. SGI MAINTAINS AND SUPPORTS MINISTRY AMONG THE KURDS IN NORTHERN IRAQ THROUGH CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS AND DEVELOPMENT OF CURRICULUM FOR THE SCHOOL OF THE MEDES. IN RESPONSE TO THE CONTINUING ISIS CONFLICT IN N. IRAQ AND UNREST IN SYRIA AND AFGHANISTAN, MILLIONS OF PEOPLE HAVE FLED THEIR HOMES. SGI MAINTAINS AND SUPPORTS MINISTRY AMONG THE KURDS IN NORTHERN IRAQ THROUGH CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS AND DEVELOPMENT OF CURRICULUM FOR THE SCHOOL OF THE MEDES. IN RESPONSE TO THE CONTINUING ISIS CONFLICT IN N. IRAQ AND UNREST IN SYRIA AND AFGHANISTAN, MILLIONS OF PEOPLE HAVE FLED THEIR HOMES. SGI HAS WORKED TO ESTABLISH AND HELP SUPPORT A NUMBER OF RELIEF PROGRAMS THROUGHOUT N. IRAQ AND IN GREECE.
