Eta has two classes of members: financial institutions, and service providers. Membership privileges are granted to those members that are current on association dues. Members have one vote on all matters coming before the general membership and designate an individual person from the member company to serve as their designated voting representative. The membership elects the board of directors. Elections are conducted in compliance with the requirements of dc not for profit corporate statutes and as set forth in the organizational bylaws.
