Eta has two classes of members: financial institutions, and service providers. Membership privileges are granted to those members that are current on association dues. Members have one vote on all matters coming before the general membership and designate an individual person from the member company to serve as their designated voting representative. The membership elects the board of directors. Elections are conducted in compliance with the requirements of dc not for profit corporate statutes and as set forth in the organizational bylaws.

Dues-paying members have the right to elect the board of directors of the organization.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7B

Changes to the bylaws require approval by membership vote.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11

A copy of the form 990 will be provided to the full board prior to filing with the irs.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C
