To collaborate and provide coordination and recovery services to those individuals, families, businesses, and communities that were adversely impacted by nationally declared diasasters across counties in north central washington.

IRS990/Desc0Rebuild Management Program: In 2017, our rebuild management program for uninsured and underinsured fire survivors successfully completed and replaced eight homes from Phase IIA and IIB. In 2017, we also started construction of five homes for Phase IIIA. These homes were built by volunteers and funded through donations, grants, and homeowner contributions. We continued through 2017 to fundraise for the Phase IIIB rebuilds.

IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActy3Grp/Desc0Volunteer Management Program: We had a part-time Volunteer Coordinator throughout the year to support, organize, and recruit hundreds of volunteers who come to serve. In August, we had a full-time volunteer from Jesuit Volunteer Corps assist with volunteer management. In 2017, 310 volunteers worked over 30,000 hours to help in recovery efforts ranging from clean up, fencing, brush removal, and home rebuilds.
