THE LOBBYING ACTIVITIES ENGAGED IN BY K&L GATES LLP ON BEHALF OF WCX INCLUDED DIRECT CONTACT WITH FEDERAL LEGISLATORS AND THEIR STAFFS CONCERNING INFRASTRUCTURE EXCHANGE DEVELOPMENT FUNDING FOR THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST REGION; INFRASTRUCTURE EXCHANGE MODEL DEVELOPMENT AND PILOT PROGRAM AUTHORIZATION; AND H.R. 4745, S. 2438 TRANSPORTATION, HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, AND RELATED AGENCIES APPROPRIATIONS ACT, 2015: INFRASTRUCTURE EXCHANGE MODEL.
