Additional accomplishments beyond our shelter services include a full service soup kitchen providing three meals a day to all shlter residents or anyone else in need, and intensive case management programming to promote self-sufficiency and independence for the families we serve. We also provide a comprehensive employment program for adults, as well as a family rehousing program. Lastly, and in addition to the extended support services deep roots continues to provide to alumni families after they have successfully moved off the shelter and into permanent housing, we offer a children's program which includes after-school classes, tutoring, mentoring, events, and field-trips for the children and their families.”
