“The association has a few regional groups whom hold their own meetings and are supported by ecedha on an as needed basis in support of these meetings. Currently, ecedha does not maintain a formal policy on the local chapters as activity has been very limited. The audit committee is currently working on a formal policy as it relates to these local groups. The small amount of income and expense from these regional meetings have been included on this tax return.”
