All new contractor, contractor, and service provider engagements are reviewed and approved by the Executive Director and trustees on a quarterly basis or as needed.”

“The Organization received $372,500 of Program Contributed Services during 2013, which are not included in the total housing and program expenses in the Statement of Program Services Accomplishments or in total program service expenses in the Statement of Functional Expenses per the Form 990 instructions.Total program expenses would be $563,293 with the contributed services or 88% of total expenses. It is noted that total contributed services were $399,500 for 2013.”
