FORM 990 - ORGANIZATION'S MISSION

The a21 campaign is a non-profit organization engaged in the abolishment of human injustice, particularly in regards to human trafficking. The a21 campaign stands for "abolishing injustice in the 21st century" and was officially launched in march 2008. We have offices in greece, ukraine, bulgaria, norway, the united kingdom, australia, usa, south africa and thailand. Organizationally we aim to focus on the following initiatives: prevention (awareness & education), protection, prosecution, and partnership. We aim to raise awareness through our prevention initiatives in order to save thousands of people from becoming victims by informing the next generation. We aim to protect those who have been trafficked through the provision of crisis shelters and transition homes. We want to give them access to educational and vocational opportunities to improve their ability to work in more meaningful and safe employment. We aim to prosecute those individuals who traffic people into slavery and we also aim to promote changes in legislation to ensure that traffickers are brought to justice all of this is done through partnerships with other organizations such as police, other law enforcement agencies (leas), immigration, border controls, embassies/consulates and other non-government organizations. Our aim is to rescue, restore and rebuild the lives of those affected by injustice in the 21st century. 2014 achievements prevention & awareness: world cup - it's a penalty campaign from february to june this year, our uk office was involved in a collaboration campaign during the 2014 world cup called "it's a penalty". We partnered with happy child international and jubilee campaign, both key charities for tackling human trafficking within the uk. This campaign raised awareness about the sexual exploitation of minors throughout the world cup and allowed for a21 to have a stronger affiliation with the metropolitan police and national crime agency as well as raising a21's profile as a key anti-trafficking agency in the uk. We were able to make a massive shout for prevention and reached the following people through our collective efforts: 37,846,820 million - total iap social media reach (twitter/facebook) 1,361,352 million - total iap social media main partners reach (jubilee, a21) 35,334,807 million - total iap social media supporters/ambassador reach 70,895 thousand - total iap print reach - leaflets in brazil, t-shirts, wristbands 117,267 thousand - iap video seen 233.1 million - iap total international media reach (tv, newspapers, documentaries by tv channels) police & coast guard training approximately 620 police officers and coast guard have been trained across 11 regions of greece in 2014. This includes five islands that see the highest influx of illegal immigration, as well as regions on the mainland with the most trafficking cases. The strength and success of the training is also reflected in the task force sign ups, which has recorded 76% of officers that have been trained voluntarily signing up for the a21 task force. Our training program has proved to be a great success, and it has opened new relationships, and well as raised our profile and credibility to a new level. Summerjobs campaign after conducting our own national study of university students in bulgaria this year, we discovered 91% of bulgarian students are at risk of labor exploitation if they decide today to look for a summer job abroad. To prevent more young bulgarians from becoming victims of labor exploitation abroad, we expanded our summerjobs campaign - an awareness-raising initiative targeted at 19-30 year-olds, planning to look for a summer job abroad. We have now directly reached more than 30,000 students across the nation with a message of awareness and prevention. Gatwick airport (uk) - officer training in october this year, we conducted a staff training for all gatwick airport staff, including immigration, passport control, terminal staff, security and the police. Financial Statement Notes

Schedule D, Page 3, Part X

The organization has been granted exemption by the internal revenue service (irs) from federal income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. The irs has also determined that the organization is not a private foundation. The organization is required to report and pay taxes on unrelated business income to the irs and other local jurisdictions. There was no liability for unrelated business income taxes as of december 31, 2014 and 2013. The organization follows accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. Income tax benefits are recognized for income tax positions taken or expected to be taken in a tax return, only when it is determined that the income tax position will more-likely-than-not be sustained upon examination by taxing authorities. The organization analyzed tax positions taken for filing with the irs and all state jurisdictions where it operates. The organization believes that income tax filing positions will be sustained upon examination and does not anticipate any adjustments that would result in a material adverse effect on the organization's financial condition, results of operations, or cash flows. Accordingly, the organization has not recorded a related accrual for interest and penalties for uncertain income tax positions at december 31, 2014 and 2013. The organization is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions from fiscal year end 2010 forward; however, ther are currently no audits for any open tax periods.

OUR TRAINING PROGRAM HAS PROVED TO BE A GREAT SUCCESS, AND IT HAS OPENED NEW RELATIONSHIPS, AND WELL AS RAISED OUR PROFILE AND CREDIBILITY TO A NEW LEVEL.
