IRS990/Desc0WEBSITE/VIRTUAL REALITY EXHIBIT: THE CENTERS WEBSITE CONTINUES TO SERVE AS THE PRIMARY CONNECTION TO OUR GLOBAL AUDIENCE. IN 2016 WE CONTINUED TO ADD NEW CONTENT AND UNDERTOOK A CONCENTRATED EFFORT TO IMPROVE AND ENHANCE OUR SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION. THIS WAS AN IMPORTANT PROJECT GIVEN THAT A SIGNIFICANT NUMBER OF OUR LIBRARYS ITEMS ARE ONE OF A KIND, PRIMARY SOURCE MATERIALS. IN ADDITION TO ENHANCING THE WEBSITE, THE CENTER LAUNCHED ITS VIRTUAL REALITY ARCHIVES EXHIBIT AT THE END OF THE YEAR. THE EXHIBIT INCLUDES 40 SEMINAL ITEMS FROM OUR TECHNOLOGY ARCHIVE THAT CAN BE PICKED UP AND STUDIED IN THE VR FORMAT PROVIDING GREATER ACCESS TO A GLOBAL AUDIENCE.
