“The bylaws of the organization were amended as follows: 1. Added a chairperson-elect to replace a vice chairperson as an officer chosen by the directors annually. The term limit for chairperson and chairperson-elect were changed to be limited to 2 consecutive terms. Removed the term limit for the treasurer. 2. Added a liaison from the department of defense or air force research laboratory as an ex-officio (without a vote) director. 3. Added a nominating committee consisting of three (3) to seven (7) directors. The nominating committee shall, among other things, (a) support the board in identifying new candidates to serve on the board and the corporation's committees, (b) solicit and interview candidates to serve on the board and the corporation's committees, (c) recommend to the board new candidates to serve on the board and the corporation's committees, and (d) undertake such other duties and responsibilities as the board may delegate or assign to the nominating committee from time to time.”
