Mission

A.d.d.'s purpose is to provide the optimum level of quality rehabilitation services to all individuals livining within our residential program. We provide a healthy, safe and homelike environment, in which individuals may achieve the greatest level of independence possible. A.d.d. Strives to surpass all requirements of omh, opwdd, federal, state and local authorities. Guided by core values of respect, choice trust, empathy and dignity, we believe that every individual has value and potential to learn and achieve goals. We do everything to inspire self-esteem, and encourage individuals to help each other and work together whenever possible. We aim to achieve fulfillment for every individual and employee by providing innovative and progressive programming and training. We are consistent in providing competent and compassionate staff who are role models for the people they serve.

Add is a multi-service organization providing residential programs, supportive apartments, clinical support, & case management services for the developmentally disabled.

The form 990 is presented to the finance/audit committee of the board and to the executive director cfo and coo before it is filed with the irs. If there are any questions, they are brought up to the preparer. Once accepted at the this meeting it is presented to the whole board by the finance/audit committee chairperson.

The conflict of interest policy is required to be reviewed by the board of directors and employees annually. The conflict of interest statement is then signed by the board, executive director, and staff. Each board member must complete a conflict of interest questionnaire to disclose any conflict of interest or potential conflict of interest. If the board of directors determines that an actual or possible conflict of interest was not disclosed, a corrective action is taken. Any conflicted person is required not to be present during the decision making process.
