Since the rollout of the plan, csi has addressed all green-circled incumbent pay by systematically increasing pay to within the respective position paygrades, factoring in incremental increases based on service time. The agency also addressed a handful of red-circled incumbent pay by providing a lump-sum performance-based merit payment”

Annually, following the board of director's approval, the audited financial statements are submitted to funding sources and the bank and are made available upon request.
