Management reviews all questions and prepares the documentation for the form 990. The 990 is then submitted electronically to the board of directors for comment. Should not comments be forthcoming, the 990 will be signed and submitted.

The conflict of interest policy is part of the personnel policy manual, which is issued to all employees and to new employees upon hire during orientation. Employees are required to read and sign off that they have received and read the personnel policy manual. Program directors and above are sent a conflict of interest questionnaire annually and they are required to complete the form and submit it to the hr manager.

The agency hired an outside consultant firm to provide guidance to human resources on job descriptions, duties, alignment and compensation.

MALE AND FEMALE CLIENTS ARE REFERRED BY THE CONNECTICUT DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, FEDERAL BUREAU OF PRISONS, THE UNITED STATES PROBATION OFFICE AND PRETRIAL SERVICES OFFICE. THE OVERALL FY2019 SUCCESS RATE FOR THE ADULT WORK RELEASE PROGRAMS WAS 80%.

MST INTERVENTIONS ADDRESS THE MANY FACTORS THAT ARE KNOWN TO CONTRIBUTE TO DELINQUENCY WHERE THE YOUTH LIVES, WORKS AND PLAYS. CSI HAS BEEN DELIVERING MST SERVICES FOR NINETEEN YEARS AND CURRENTLY PROVIDES SERVICES IN GA, MD, NJ, AND PA. THE FY2019 DISCHARGE DATA SHOWS: YOUTH LIVING AT HOME-83.5%, STILL IN SCHOOL-83%; YOUTH WITH NO NEW ARREST-83.5%.

FUNDED BY THE CONNECTICUT JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT COURT SUPPORT SERVICES DIVISION (CSSD), THESE PROGRAMS ACCEPT COURT-REFERRED CLIENTS AS PART OF A PRETRIAL DIVERSION PROGRAM AND PROBATIONERS. THE PROGRAMS ARE OPEN FOR EXTENDED DAY, EVENING AND WEEKEND HOURS. THE AIC STAFF MEMBERS ADMINISTER ASSESSMENTS, USE TARGETED INTERVENTION STRATEGIES, AND ASSIST CLIENTS IN GAINING FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT AMONG MEETING OTHER INDIVIDUALIZED NEEDS. CSI HAS BEEN PROVIDING AIC SERVICES FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND IS THE LARGEST AIC PROVIDER IN CONNECTICUT. DURING FY2019 THE AIC'S HAD A CUMULATIVE AVERAGE UTILIZATION OF 2776 AND ACHIEVED AN 88% SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION RATE.
