Mission

To promote the well-being of the residents of northeastern connecticut through preventing, treating and reducing the harm from substance abuse, co-occurring health disorders, criminal behavior, hiv disease and associated at-risk behaviors through the expertise of dedicated staff to serve individuals, their families and community organizations to collaboratively strengthen individuals and the social fabric of the community to ensure accessible, culturally competent, and cost effective services to promote the client's recovery, individual responsibility, and public safety to work to ensure that services are provided to all, regardless of ability to pay, to be a dynamic and responsive agency, commited and reflective of the commnuity.
