Mission

To promote the well-being of the residents of northeastern connecticut through preventing, treating, and reducing the harm from substance abuse, co-occurring mental health disorders, criminal behavior, hiv disease and associated at-risk behaviors. Through the expertise of dedicated staff to serve individuals, their families and community organizations to collaboratively strengthen individuals and the social fabric of the community. To ensure accessible, culturally competent, and cost effective services to promote the client's recovery, individual responsibility, and public safety. To work to ensure that services are provided to all, regardless of ability to pay. To be a dynamic and responsive agency, commited to and reflective of the community.
