“There is no provision for federal or state taxes on income since the Organization is a tax-exempt entity under Internal Revenue Codes 501(c)(3) and California Revenue and Taxation Code 23701(d). The Organization has evaluated its current tax position and has concluded that as of December 31, 2021, the Organization does not have any uncertain tax positions for which a reserve would be necessary and no unrelated business taxable income arising from website activity subject to taxation.”
