Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The pac-12 applies the provisions of financial accounting standards board ("fasb") accounting standards codification ("asc") 740-10, income taxes, relating to accounting for uncertain tax positions. The pac-12 recognizes the tax benefit from uncertain tax positions only if it is more likely than not that the tax positions will be sustained on examination by the tax authorities, based on the technical merits of the position. The tax benefit is measured based on the largest benefit that has a greater than 50% likelihood of being realized upon ultimate settlement. The pac-12 recognizes interest and penalties related to income tax matters in operating expenses. As of june 30, 2022 and 2021, there were no uncertain tax positions.

TO SUSTAIN THE CONFERENCE'S UNPARALLELED RECORD OF ATHLETIC EXCELLENCE.
