The organization promotes the use of u.s. Softwood products into overseas markets. The organization provides staff support and information including publications, seminars, trade shows, and missions on u.s. Softwood products. The organization is a member association made up of other softwood trade associations, grading agencies and state promotional boards.

To promote u.s. Softwood products into international markets through trade shows, trade missions and educational seminars.
