“Federal and state taxes - the corporation is a non-profit tax-exempt corporation under irc 501(c)(3) for federal purposes, and as a non-profit tax-exempt corporation it is not required to file a state corporate tax return. Management of the corporation has analyzed the tax positions taken by the corporation and has concluded that as of december 31, 2018 there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require disclosure in the financial statements. The corporation is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however there are currently no audits for any tax period in progress. The corporation's management believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years prior to december 31, 2015.”
